The service was really good and we are completely satisfied with it. It is a really great option. The chef also didn't make a mess of the kitchen and went about his work in an amazing manner.

Chef Manoj was extremely slow..starters and main course got delayed..paneer lababdar and malai kofta was too sweet..Coox sent backup chef at last moment

Support at Coox is virtually non-functional. Against promised of sending a helper and a cook, only cook turned up. Helper didn't come. But still they charged me full money...

Chef was inexperienced. While booking it was mentioned that chef will come along with an assistant chef. But he came alone due to which food was not prepared on time. Also he was not punctual. He came 2 hours late.
