Great Service by the chef. Had organized a party for 8 guests and had many food items to be prepared. Chef was very professional and cordial to the needs and how the food should be prepared. Food was loved by everyone. Chef also helped to clean up the mess in the kitchen. He stayed throughout the course and made all the food items without any hurry. I highly recommend him !!

Pros: 1. Chef came on time. 2. Taste was good 3. Polite chefs 4. You don’t have to spend time in the kitchen at all, they will navigate through the kitchen Cons - 1. They do basic cleaning 2. Ingredients list was not accurate lot of items mentioned like papaya, rose water was not used but asked for potato, rice flour, kitchen king masala, used double oil. 3. Instead of Amritsari fish made fish pakora 4. Used way to many utensils 4 kadai, 4 pans, dozen plates, dozen spoons, dozen bowls, 10 sauce pans, 4 tawa 4. Very untidy, left the complete kitchen in mess with oil smudge and batter on all drawers, shelves, masala containers, jars, fridge, kitchen top, etc 5. Galauti kebab was made in broken pieces. 6. Didn’t inform batter for veg starters was left. 7. Left early saying they are living far

Cook was good however he came alone, attendant was not along though it was mentioned in the booking. I need to make my maids help the cook.
