Ingredients list was not accurate and chef seems to be not so experienced. Taste was above than average. However inspite of mentioning the number of people the quantity of food made was in abundance. We asked him to make 10 rotis and he prepared the dough for 50 rotis. We had to throw it. Similarly salad was cut in lot of quantity. We opted for malai kofta. For gravy he used 250gm cashews and 250 gm muskmelon seeds. He has no idea how much ingredient to be used for given quantity. We specifically told him that no of koftas needs to be 10 only still he couldn’t make out how much gravy is needed.

The lacha parathas we laden with oil and v thick. Dum aloo recipe was a simple aloo gravy sabzi.The dahi kebab were soaked in oil.

First chef was arranged and came drunk. Miss behaved with family at home especially ladies . Thought to file a police complaint but was running late due to chef so left. Another chef was arranged who was decent but till then it was late and faced problem because of time. I will never come to you as was charged too much and faced humiliation. I hope one can feel a customer pain and atleast come up with a solution but …… Slow clap for your services
