Not sure if the correct person named Ajay turned up. The person who came was good behaviour-wise, but was not listening to instructions properly, neither used cutlery and disposables as asked, nor arranged stuff as asked. I had to ask him a few times for simple things, like ensuring spoons are given in each plates. Even though, thats small thing, but the worse part is he left early and didn't even sort the plates as asked, left it cluttered. And left 20 mins early of his scheduled time. Pathetic experience with your company. The waiter was stinking and we initially thought to manage by giving him deodrant . I would not have even done that if guests have not arrived. But when guests started complaining i had to ask him to leave immediately. When i reported the matter to your support team then the girl who called me was totally uneducated and ready to argue. She had no sense of handling these issues. When i asked for refund then she said its a non refundable service and i have no other option. I can assure you that none of my contacts are going to ever use services of such
