MAJOR hygiene issues. I had to literally ask them to get their nails cut - they were long and super dirty. The attitude towards that request was also not good. I also caught him smoking in the balcony while the guests were waiting for a drink. He was also drinking himself and sneaking out snacks and drinks which is highly unprofessional. This was NOT A good bartender experience at all.
