1 - I had asked for a waiter, but a bartender comes. Instead of Tarun a person called Vijay came. 2 - my timing was from 5.30 to 11.30, but he arrives at 3.45. 3 - I have received a message saying I have to pay extra Rs. 824/- for what ? No details given. 4 - Vijay was obedient, but I thought booking through you I will get an experienced person, rather than a almost newcomer. 5 - He was not in proper Coox uniform, no apron. Not at all satisfied with your service. Also request you to explain why I am charged Rs. 824/- extra.

The bartender didn’t know how to make the drinks- it tasted really bad. He took too much time to make one drink. None of my guests were happy with him. Pls look into the matter.
