From day one...none of the numbers respond on WhatsApp. After contacting me and getting my details they created my bookings instantly as soon as the payment was done there was again a long silence. I had to follow up everyday to understand the progress. Up until the last day there was no update on who is going to come to my place for cooking. I even had to make multiple calls to get the ingredients list. I went crazy calling customer support and my spoc but nobody responded till 1 pm and my orginal bookings were from 2 pm!
