When I had made initial booking, I was told chef will arrive at 9am. It was changed to 10am when chef was assigned. On the day of the party, I called the chef in morning at 8am, he said he was told to reach by 12. After a lot of fighting, he said he will try to reach by 11. Worst part was that it was tough to get response from your support team who don't come on phone & only reply on WhatsApp chat that too with lot of delay. Your sales agents immediately come on call but not support! Eventually cook came by 1020. His partner continued at previous place. He was able to prepare food JUST IN TIM
