The cook came late by 1hr 20 mts. By chance my guests arrived late but if would have been on time food would not have been ready & my lunch would have been spoiled. The food was tasty & chef had good knowledge about his work, no doubt. At such time of panic atleast there should be someone for customer support to talk.
