Chef got changed at the last minute. Was complaining all the time that he can't cook all the dishes. Excessive use of cream, oil, sauces and spices. No taste at all. He wasn't sure in which order the dishes should be cooked. He wanted to cook roti before the main course dishes. He was in a rush, wanted to leave at the ending time irrespective of the fact that all dishes were not done.
