Chef got changed at the last minute. Was complaining all the time that he can't cook all the dishes. Excessive use of cream, oil, sauces and spices. No taste at all. He wasn't sure in which order the dishes should be cooked. He wanted to cook roti before the main course dishes. He was in a rush, wanted to leave at the ending time irrespective of the fact that all dishes were not done. He wanted to cook fried items 3 hours before the guests arrived and was okay to serve them cold. Presentation was zero. He boiled the chicken excessively and entire butter chicken got wasted. He wasn't able to cook all the dishes and we had to alter the menu as well to accommodate his skills. His cooking was an embarrassment for us in front of our guests. Only good part was he came on time, and followed hygiene.
