My experience with COOX was not at all good this time....very earlier they use to send professional chefs but now they have started sending untrained cooks,....this time also food was not good in taste, neither it was made on time, poor presentation,,,overall as they were the new joinees so they did what they know, but from customer point of view,my experience was not at all good,....COOX should provide professional chefs to their customers not new joined untrained cooks....and COOX should not charge extra for good chefs...bcoz we are paying for food, for party...so it is ur duty to provide good c

Why would you send someone who doesn’t know how to cook ? This was the first and last ever time I tried coox. Let me show you the face of dishes . Rara chicken was a mix of boiled chicken thighs + keema+ water+ oil and moong dal halwa was absolutely horrible. Runny dal cooked in ghee. Malai koftas (balls ) were so hard that till now they haven’t soaked the gravy. Only paneer was edible . My party was completely ruined . Guests didn’t eat anything and we got worried because this guy pour hot oil on himself and my whole kitchen . The koftas bursted while making and the whole kitchen slab / floor
