Hygiene and sanitation was a big issue, how can someone throw the waste in sink? Absolutely disgusting. Wasted poha. Overall disappointing.

pathetic service never book COOX in services. My service timing is 3 to 11 pm at the time of booking company said 1 chef with one helper but at the time of service there is only one chef or helper I don’t know. Services start at 3.45 pm diner is not ready till 11 pm my wife and one of my made continuously helping you so called chef

Cook arrived 2 hours late Food taste was ok but took 4 hours to get completed (~10:45p). My dinner plans got screwed. Very bad experience. Cleanliness and kitchen management during and after work completion was sub-par. This was my 4th time using COOX but worst experience all around.
