The coox people should have customer service representatives for each order. Difficult to access them. What's app chat isn't helpful Customer should be allowed to speak to chef. To help identify the qty with accuracy. Or either have a customer relationship manager to help through the process. The left over qty was way too much. Didn't ask for palak for green curry. Ordered for too much food. Miscalculated. The chef arrived at 3:30-3:45 pm and left at 9;45 pm. where I paid for 8 hours. Need clarity on your process. Good idea to promote unorganised sector but system and processes need lot
