We booked for the service for a house party: Roma and assistant did good cooking, clean, tasty, timely and prompt.

They are just cook, calling them chef or pro chef is totally inaccurate. They had no idea what to cook first, what should come later. They had no idea we ordered barbeque dishes, rather made those on tawa. We were totally involved with them for everything rather than enjoying our own time. Not a good experience.
