"I recently had the pleasure of trying Indian food prepared by Chef Sagar and Datta Hodge, and it was absolutely delicious! Here is my 5-star review based on different categories: Taste: The flavors were rich and authentic. Every dish was perfectly seasoned and balanced. Definitely one of the tastiest meals I've had in a long time! Presentation: The dishes were beautifully presented, with great attention to detail. The colors and textures of each dish were visually appealing and added to the overall experience. Quantity: The portions were generous and satisfying. We were able to enjoy the meal without feeling like we needed more. Behavior: Chef Sagar and Datta Hodge were both extremely polite and welcoming. They took the time to explain each dish and answered any questions we had. Their hospitality made the experience even more enjoyable. It was our first experience. It went out very well. All my guests were happy. Chef Sagar n his assistant were pro. They were calmnduring the whole process while I was anxious because it was a new experience but i am glad I tried your services.

The waiter profile was not shared The waiter reached had no experience in serving . He was extremely slow and do not bother serving at all. The cook was also very slow and had no experience in managing a group of 12 people. Need more experienced people if you charge so much

Coox team is highly unprofessional... I had 15 people visiting my place for 4 days and we got the confirmation from coox on the booking of chef.. On day one, we got a call saying cook will arrive at 3pm to prepare lunch... i was put in very very bad state, my guests were arriving at 3PM.. The next booking the cook came and left in 2 hours after just doing the cutting and again i was left in middle of the guests to handle the situation... Pathetic customer service.. ince they reciece the payment they never take calls .. Never ready to solve the problem, they will simply jot pick the phone.. I made not less than 25 calls..no one responeded.. Now I am trying to reach them for my refunds but no revert..
