Food taste pprepared was very good by chef. Intial booking showed assistant/ helper which was cancelled 6 hrs before the actual service date. We had to stand and help chef starting at 10 Am since we realised everything would be delayed since there was no helper. We couldn't enjoy our family gathering. Whole point of calling in chef was lost since we had to help prepare things. Ther is no customer support. The chat help is pathetic. You will only get information on chef 6 hrs before the scheduled date. If anything needs to be changed coox will charge you heavily. In entire menu chef refused to cook laccha paratha saying he will only cook parathas since it is for 25 people. Also parathas, papad had to be rosated by us. Raita, chutney we had to prepare. We had to bake brucheta and keep a watch on OTG. Summary, we couldn't enjoy the party since Coox decided to save money on assistant for a party of 23 people. Salad we had to cut.
