Food taste pprepared was very good by chef. Intial booking showed assistant/ helper which was cancelled 6 hrs before the actual service date. We had to stand and help chef starting at 10 Am since we realised everything would be delayed since there was no helper. We couldn't enjoy our family gathering. Whole point of calling in chef was lost since we had to help prepare things. Ther is no customer support. The chat help is pathetic. You will only get information on chef 6 hrs before the scheduled date. If anything needs to be changed coox will charge you heavily. In entire menu chef refused to
