I had requested for a pro chef. I had paid extra for that. The pro chef cancelled at the last moment and it was communicated extremely late by the coox team. Two replacement chefs were sent at the venue after 2 hours of the requested time. No ingredients could be arranged as there was no prior communication with the chef. The 2 chefs who were sent didn't know how to make the required dishes and weren't in a uniform as you show in the pictures. EXTREMELY EXTREMELY POOR SERVICE. Kindly provide a refund.
