The assigned chef cancelled just 3 hours before the arrival time. The new cook got reassigned quite late. Coox gave different instructions to the chef vs to the customer eg. Palak Patta Chaat was not informed to the cook. End time mentioned to the cook was 9pm while it was mentioned as 10pm to us. Ended up paying more to the chef for his commute back home because of this. During all of this there was no way to contact the customer support team. IVR diverted us to WhatsApp where we could get only automated responses or no responses at all.

Horrible experience He was unable to prepare the meal on time.He couldn't make the Naan or makka ki roti,so we had to change the menu last minute and prepare the chappati and makka ki roti ourselves.We told him to make dry mixed veg and he it with curry, which was also overcooked . He was also unable to prepare the coconut chutney. He burnt the dal at the end moment while reheating it. He was an unexperienced chef. He spoiled our party.
