The chef took much more time than specified to cook the same list of dishes mentioned in the order form. Also, he burnt peanut masala and manchurian. My house help had to support him still he took 1.5hrs extra and charged me additional 1/3rd amount than initial quote.

My experience with coox was not good. Pros: The idea is good,the chefs are professional and do what is assigned to them. Cons:1.You people need to work heavily on your app,after service support. i literally struggled once i booked my service to get the ingredients list.Finally i ordered on my own ad there was no payment link for ingredients,the pay now link was routing me to pay the remaining balance. 2.It should be communicated to customer that the remaining balance should be paid to chef and not to company as its the amount chef should be getting. 3. A default helper should be assigned i

Unable to log on to the website. Although the starters were good with good quantity, the chef was very messy when it comes to cooking. He created a lot of mess on the floor with vegetables falling down of the kitchen counter ( unsure why). Oil was spilled on the hob, my refrigerator had spots of maida, finger prints, and my clean kitchen was turned into a nightmare post cooking. The sinks were flooded with utensils and choked with cut vegetables. The rice kheer needed improvement in terms of taste and texture. Who cooks kheer in a pressure cooker?
