Well definitely one would appreciate the time saved by not being in the kitchen all day, but here what we didn’t like hiring a cook 1) taste was average for some items, good for some, some below average. 2) loaded with lots and lots of butter, creams, spices, and sugar is too much. Have never had so much of butter in dal ,chicken and mutton. 3) no presentation at all. 4) lachha paratha was made like plain paratha. I might hire a cook but definitely not from COOX.

BBQ grill items were initially served raw. I got raw fish. Chicken tikka and mutton was also cooked on the lesser side and hence the grills were not coming out hot. He didn’t use many things that we were asked to order. He took many shortcuts. He made different dishes using the same gravy so many things tasted same. Even the different tikkas were all tasting very similar. He wasted a lot of rice and ketchup. They didn’t use the maida and besan at all. Basically I think the chef did not manage the preparation properly
