1. The biggest issue with coox is that despite paying 100% advance for waiter and bookin a week in advance, we had to wait till the last day to get the waiter details disclosed. Their policy permits them to do it at 12 am on day of booking, however, TRAI stops them to send the msg informing abt the assignment of waiter, so practically the internal policy isnt aligned with regulatory one. You can only call the waiter and speak to them 2 hours prior their arrival. 2. By the way request for change of waiter is chargeable.
