Ajay worked tirelessly during the course of his duty. We didn’t have to check on him or give any specific instructions. He knew his work and did his job well. I did have to get my kadhaais washed again, but that is a given with Indian cooking, especially when there is. Lot of deep frying being done. But apart from that, cutlery, china, crystal - all was handled with care and caution and washed clean.
