Dipak was absolutely professional and put together everything incredibly well. I am extremely extremely happy and thoroughly satisfied with his top notch services/demeanour/attitude and skills. He is super well trained and did exactly as he was asked to. He helped in other aspects of the party as well and was an excellent support through out. The cleaner did his job well of his cleaning the utensils but his behaviour was not so great. He was eating gutka and spat it out our washroom washbasin . He did not ask us before using our washroom and was also trying to unnecessarily lurk around the hall where the guests were.

Failed to provide waiter info on time. No options for waiter. Charged additional fees eventhough I provided correct address. The waiter provided was actually electrician. His experience in Lalit hotel is fake. He was not able to provide quality service. Extremely mediocre for the price I paid.

he made the kebab and wada mixture too watery, then had to spend 1.5 more than booked to fix the problems, while doing trial and error. the taste and texture was not good and yet I was charged 473 rupees extra. 2 women had to stand with him the whole time for 3 hours in kitchen. There was no point booking a chef as ultimately it didn't help, we are also exhausted helping him fix his mistakes. it was the worst cook experience of all. I will never book him or through this website ever again.
