Firstly the assigned waiter Nilesh did not come, he gave the task to someone else called Sanjay. Which wasn't informed to me earlier and the guy said his name was Nilesh. I came to know only when someone from Coox called to check whether Sanjay has arrived. Sanjay appeared to be doing this for the first time. He did not know what to do. Though he was humble and polite but I had to do half the work along with him despite of not very big gathering. I booked waiter from COOX and had a very bad experience. First of all there were so many glitches in the website I had to reach out to customer support multiple times to get a simple thing done. I was told the waiter will be presentable and trained. That could not be far from truth. The waiter was shaggy, constantly on his phone, and highly unprofessional. He was wearing the dirtiest clothes. I explained everything to him for 2 hours but when the guests arrived he did not follow one instruction. He messed up everthing.
