Our experience this time was very different from the last. The waiter was inexperienced, under confident and not trained as per the set of skills you had committed on your website. While he was courteous and well mannered, he seemed very new to this work.

No value for customer.. instead of easing work my work was increased. For one small request i really have to follow up multiple times… atleast 20 calls i have in my call log… they do have dare to cut n disconnect customer call n don’t respond.. Very very poor …. Would recommend to double check before booking with coox
