Team was not clear about what they were supposed to do. Argued that they will work for 2-3 hours only. One of the 2 cook left by 5pm ( was booked till 11pm) . The other one was not equipped to prepare the agreed menu. Family members then had to prepare the remaining stuff. Very disappointing. Customer care ( operations team) did not call back when asked to look into the issue.

Terrible experience. Coox destroyed my party completely. I think they should at least check once before sending anyone for cooking . He doesn’t know any thing about cooking. And after payment they don’t pick the phone calls. I am amazed how they can call him chef. He doesn’t know about basics of cooking. And their ingredients list was also a big disasters. So I just want to warn everyone u can call any house help for cooking he/she will be better than a chef from cooks . And there are no customers support facility available after ur payment.so please be alert before making payment for this.
