Chef Ratan Behaviour is good. Overall taste is okay. Kaadhi- besan qty is too much and smells only besan for kadhi. Rasam - was ok as it had too much tamarind But he didn’t ask how much quantity required for rice,kaadhi, rasam. The qty prepared was too much for 3 people. Lemon coriander soup - good Kabab - good Bindi subji - good Mint chutney- good Wastage of ingredients was seen and he just discarded unused big ginger,lemon, onion simply in dustbin.
