Veg jhalfrezi- Not made as per standard recipie. It was made like mix veg subzi. Paneer lababdar- Taste was not awesome. It was ok. Chapatis- made too thick. Fruit cream- fruit pieces were too large. Chef did not know how to make whipped cream. He put too much milk . Zero presentation in salad or any of the dishes. Kitchen left in mess. Did not clean anything. Overall, taste of food was not very disappointing but he did not match our expectations of pro chef.
