It was a disaster making the food. 6 items to be prepared at around same time was not possible for single chef. Our own maid prepared the food and I myself had to cook. 1. Crispy corn: fried by our maid 2. Dahi ke kebab: fried by our maid 3. Grilled vegetables: cooked in our oven instead of the grill, again by me. 4. Soya Chap was supposed to be grilled but chef prepared it to be cooked in Pan. No marination for the Soya chaap was prepared ahead of time. Chef cooked Mutton and Chicken on the bbq grill.
