The chef was upto the mark with great taste But there was no helper promised which lead to chaos during preparation and cooking (though the chef tried his best) but considering the volume wasnt possible Because of a single person, the process went slow and led to overtime for which i was charged overtime charges

Cool Hari Om was very good . Food cooked was excellent but no helper was sent n nobody responded when asked again n again about the non availability of helper . So to finish food preparation on time, had to provide our own house help to assist him . No complaints for the cook but the management of this company should realise that this is a service providing industry, if u claim something n don’t provide - survivability is difficult. - took more than 4 hours for food to be completely done. He should have had a helper - the chef needed better knives and equipment. The same was not mentioned in the list - the ingredient list as per chef’s requirement was not complete . This caused me a lot of stress - kebab, spring rolls were delicious. Manchurian gravy was ok ok - there should be no dispute on whom to pay the money…coox or the chef directly
