Very poor preparation on Biriyani, Rice over cooked, entitle rice was like heap of rice cake after cooking, taste awfully bad with inadequate salt and spices, he was in such a hurry forgot to add eggs even. Ultimately entire food was thrown to the garbage can. Cook’s phone was ringing frequently and he was busy with his phone almost entire period of his stay. Very very disappointed never expected such a mess from cooks. It was sheer wastage of my materials and time.
