The chef did not get any assistant , I was his assistant whole time. Many dishes he knew well, few he did not know how to cook. Hygenie is ok. But kitchen was Hyper mess. Quantity was very good. It's just that above 5 dishes they should get helper .

He didn’t complete the order, the Mojito drink wasn’t made and he was only asking for cash. His entire focus was whether he will get paid or not and he in the process compromised on the quality of the food. He didn’t pay attention to the quantity also and wasted a lot of food. Items were not made as per the selection we made. Bhalla was served without any chutney. Only snacks were made initially with good taste and right quantity and the main course was very average.
