Poor coox support, not able to connect with chef before the call even if we had queries. neither the chef would call us as he does not have our number either. The chef was fine but the coox team is very poor they will only chat and not connect on call and forced to pay us all the money 1 day before assigning the cook saying it is festival so we will take all the payment. We could have changed the dish if we had known the chef's expertise.
