Amazingly unexpected experience. Beyond expectations. I was really anxious until the partners came in because this was our first time using Coox service and we did not have the chef profile until the morning of the event. But after they came in, they took charge of everything. Mr.Ajay and his partner was really flexible with everything. Very nice, decent, professional couple. Our whole family was overwhelmed with the whole family experience. Thank you so much for the beautiful service.

The customer support was very poor after i made the advance booking money, they were least bothered to reply and were not polite at all.... and won't give u chefs number till the last moment. I was so anxious till the chef arrived ... but thankfully the chef was good. You need an extra helping hand as well for utensils and cleaning of the kitchen.
