I am extremely disappointed with the service provided on such a significant occasion as Diwali. Right from the beginning, it has been a series of issues that have marred the experience. Firstly, my booking was taken incorrectly, and then, without consulting or confirming with me, you changed the booking details and assigned someone else at the last minute.
