I am extremely disappointed with the service provided on such a significant occasion as Diwali. Right from the beginning, it has been a series of issues that have marred the experience. Firstly, my booking was taken incorrectly, and then, without consulting or confirming with me, you changed the booking details and assigned someone else at the last minute. Raj has made very tasty food. Shahi tukda was too good and all family members liked it. But last day arrival time of chef got changed from 3 PM to 4PM and dinner got late. It was expected to serve 7 PM onwards But we had to start dinner by 8:30 PM. Otherwise food experience was very good.
