Experience was good. Food served was okay. Was expecting professional taste but food was just okay. Taste was below average and presentation was quite bad.

Disappointed. In my 20 years of parting experience, this is the first time ever I felt anxious right from the day I paid the booking fees. The person who answered the calls were from marketing and not chefs who can handle your queries. As expected the ingredients provided was from their operations team and hence wasn't accurate. Many items had to be fetched at the last minute after chef arrived, quantity was much more than required, many items wasn't even required. This was waste of time and money.

I have been using Coox services since long. But had a pathetic experience last evening. Here is the series of incidents: 1. I had booked a cook, bartender and cleaner for my house party. Unfortunately, cleaner was missed for almost half an hour, when asked he said he was in washroom. And that too we had to call him again and again, as we got worried about his howabouts. And the utensils were also not properly cleaned. I had to clean many of them again today morning! 2. My one Red Label brand new bottle is missing. When asked bartender, he refused it.
