We are very happy with the chef and his attitude and skills. When I was booking I was told that he will be given an assistant but he came alone and that is too much work for one person. And not enough time

Extremely good experience . Chef Arvind arrived on time and cooked efficiently . The food tasted great. He cleaned kitchen and washed utensils after finishing cooking. I will definitely use your services again

As per the booking, a cook and an assistant were supposed to come. However, the assistant did not come. So ultimately my family members had to get involved in the whole cooking process and had to be in the kitchen for almost 4-5 hours during the duration of the party. This was very unprofessional and I am definitely not going to recommend this service to anyone. I believe, I am also eligible for a refund as the assistant did not come at all. We booked through this service to make sure that our family does not get involved in the cooking process and they can also enjoy. But ultimately they had to be in the kitchen for the whole duration of the party to make sure the food is getting ready. Further, I tried to get in touch with the customer service to raise this issue, but they kept on disconnecting my call. This is very unethical.

I have experienced Coox's services multiple times at various occasions. This time the service was not at all up to the standard. The chef prepared 11 dishes. None of them was worthy pf praise. The virgin Mojito was 'Dark Green' in color! Butter chicken was undercooked. Gravy of both butter chicken and Paneer lababdar was not upto the mark. Dahi ke sholey were very dry and not at all tasty. Harabhara kabab was pathetic. All in all, this was not at all like the experience of Coox that I have had till date. Even a recipe as simple as custard was not done properly and wasnt thick enough. Cook was also shabby in his job. He spilled the contents of mixer grinder in the kitchen and didnt clean it himself. They also left marination marks all over my cupboard shelves which I realized the day after(and even after booking a separate cleaner to clean the kitchen, these marks were left unattended). Really disppointed that Coox appoints such unprofessional chef(if thats what they call themselves)
