I have been using COOX from 3 years but never had such a bad experience. I was not even able to contact customer care. Quantity was very less for 25 people and the cook or helper did not even serve the food outside. We had to go and collect the food every time. They did not clean the kitchen properly towards the end. Shahi Tukda in the dessert was a disaster. I've never seen somebody put pomegranate on shahi tukda and it was tasteless. Never expected this from Pro chef and will not be returning to COOX ever for another booking.

Both the chefs made the event so good for us by making scrumptious food for the entire family. They even created chai for my family which was not even included. I can totally recommend both the chefs to anyone.
