Today was the worst experience with the coox. It's not the cook's fault because he was informed at last minute and he did his best to accommodate. .

This was the second time we booked through coox and this time it was a terrible experience. The taste was at best below average , very similar to a local cook that comes to my home daily. The worst part was the cleanliness, he literally created havoc in the kitchen with dumping things into the sink, I had to clear the sink three times, after doing my Diwali Pooja I had to literally clean the kitchen for 30 mins . Crispy corn was so bad that I threw it in the Dustin without even serving even a little bit of it, the pasta was very bland 90% of it was agin thrown ,the dry manchurian balls

Extremely terrible experience. Never again, and will never recommend to anyone. Had booked a dinner service for 7 pm. Service time was from 2-10 pm. Chef came at 11 and wanted to leave by 7. Told him that it doesn't work, there's a reason we have hired a chef who is supposed to serve hot food between 7-10 pm. Wasted 1.5 hours initially just to decide what to do. They were supposed to arrange an alternate chef who would come later for the rotis. Clearly told the chef that for less service time, will deduct money proportionately. He made an absolute mess of the kitchen, screwed up one of the sta
