RAM GYAN was extremely polite and cordial, he came to our home 30 mins early to get a head start on preparation and was professional in his conduct- he kept the kitchen clean while working and didn’t cause any disturbance or interruptions during our event. My only suggestion is that for the amount of work involved, I believe he should have been assigned a helper to get a head start on the preparations.
