This was my 3rd booking on Coox and everytime the food has always been great. Chef Chandrakant was punctual, polite, and prepared great food. Coox needs to work on their customer support because it is very tough to get any kind of support from Coox.

Yes, It is value for money. I would like to appreciate the chef who managed everything alone and Coox team did not helped to provide 1 assistant only they provided 1 chef. Chef was soo good and hardworking and made the tasty food for 45 people alone. If you try to take helped from coox support then they will not as i experienced but the chef i got was excellent so my all satisfaction rating goes nice because of chandrakant uncle the chef but not coox n its support team. Over all because of chef my experience was very nice

Taste was Oka but he came 2 hours late and came alone. We got dinner at 10 pm which was very late for the guest when I had asked food to be served at 8 pm sharp. So it was disappointing and he wouldn’t leave without extra money saying that COOX does not pay on time and he needs money to go back. Paid him extra 200/- and then he left. So it wasn’t a good experience.
