Improve the Customer service, as there is no contact to reach Customer care. Where as the experience with Chef Chiranjit was complete opposite and he was very polite, finished his work on time too.

Overall good experience. Tasty food and great presentation on most items except thr Broccoli. He asked for cream for garnishing, but I didn't have amd it was not mentioned in the ingredients list also. Quantity mentioned was significantly less for 18 ppl - at best it could cater to 15 ppl only. I bought extra number of most items, still the quantity was enough to feed 15 ppl. Coox needs to provide better estimate.
