I made a booking for 26 Jan 5 pm to 11 pm. When my cook arrived, the booking started to show timing as 4 pm to 10 pm. I made a call to your customer care number and they assured me that this is a backend glitch and they have dropped a message in their internal group chat. The cook will continue as per agreed booking time. But when the time came for closure of job, it was prompting me to pay approx INR 600 more for the overtime.
