I booked a chef through this site two days in prior to the event, the chef assignment and list of ingredients were sent promptly. The chef reached on time and was prepared based on the menu selected. He required very minimal supervision and was organized. He prepared the food on time and the best part was that each and every item tasted really good exceeding our expectations. I would highly recommend coox for tasty food at home for any occasion.

Worst experience the chef was not on time and he dint check the list of dishes he was not prepared the biryani was worst taste meat was not cooked, no cleaneless horrible we were referred by known person for this app but I don't even want to give 1 star it's such a horrible experience, the chef was looking at the phone everytime and cooking and on calls asking how to cook we wasted our money it was a great insult infront of our guest I'll never recommend this app to anyone, not worth the money.

Amount of products required increased for certain items and some were not used at all, the Presentation was not good. We told the chef that food should be ready by 7 PM,which never happened. The presentation for pro chef is not up to the standards. We were told French fries would be made fresh but when the chef arrived, he told he wanted the ready to cook which we could have done by ourselves. Dal makhni was not as it was supposed to taste and the chef didn't use butter which was the main ingredient for Dal makhni. Lots of wastage of materials used.
