The way you connect your customers to a bot, do not respond to calls, is ridiculous. This has not turned out a good experience for me. Nobody is attending calls. Scheduled time of Chef to arrive was 1:00PM. He came at 2:00PM. Chef is saying , he required assistant. But you failed to provide. At 7:00 pm yesterday , in evening we came to know that no assistant is coming with Chef. It is you who lack. You make a fool of your customers. You guys don’t even have the courtesy to attend and respond to calls.

My experience with coox is always great.. I have hired them during my prewedding events and after more than a yr we hired coox for baby shower event.. Amazing😍 service.. Yah truly commendable. Keep up the good work . Very hard working chef 👨‍🍳 very patiently handled the situation and cleanliness,timing everything is so appropriate.

Chef manoj was very professional and made the food as per our taste… however i have faced this problem last time too - ingredient list is never same… whenever chef come they always ask us to get few more things … last time also this happened and this time also it happened… can ingredients list be checked with chef before giving it to customers
